\'Norrie\' (n) -a word used to describe a person born and raised on the North side of the city, \'\'Didcha hear yer wan moved to Dundrum, who da she tink she is she\'s a norrie like!\'\' Finally I\'m back to normality after moving to Finglas this week, it may not be north side of the Lee but the burnt out cars and the gang of Cher Lyold look-a-likes hanging round the corner shop make me feel right at home! Speaking of home I paid a quick visit to my lovely hometown of Cork this weekend. After spending an hour and a half in a car from Dublin to Kilkenny, and a 3 and a half hour bus journey from Kilkenny to Cork, my Dad informs me all the family are packed into the caravan below in Youghal so after another 2 hours on a bus from Cork to Youghal I was finally reunited with the family. Word had then spread among my 13 year old brothers friends that his \'model\' sister was visiting so I was delighted to be greeted at the caravan by a group of rather large group of 13 year olds where the girls asked me hair and make up tips and the boys asked me \'\'any chance of your number na?\'\' On Saturday evening I went to support my home club Na Piarsaigh in a senior hurling challenge match followed by a night in with the girls along with 4 very large pizzas, and Sunday was a nerve wrecking day out in Thurlas.

Also this week The Dubliner magazine came out with yours truly on the front cover! This was my very first cover and although it was no Vogue magazine I was still pretty proud of myself, I cant say my mother had the same sense of pride when she thought Dead Cat Bounce really were in a strip club and her first born was the blonde stripper video recording the antics! I haven\'t booked any shoots this week which gives me the chance work on my body, apparently your metabolism really does catch up with you when your 21 and the fact that I cant cook and I\'m living off take aways isn\'t helping either. There is so much competition up here that is important to keep the body in tip top shape in order to book the jobs and as a wise man once said \'\'excersize is the poor persons plastic surgery\'\'.

In other news, in case any of you saw me recently and wondered why there were two garden hedges growing on my face I have decided to let my eyebrows grow and try HD brows. I have a slight obsession with eyebrows, for me, the bigger the better. The plan is to let them grow as much as possible and then get a Kim Kardashian shape to them so stay tuned for a review post hedge cutting!

For the week that\'s in it here is a little quote from Michael Phelps to keep myself and the one other person who\'s reading this (Hi Mom!) motivated \'\'I think goals should never be easy, they should force you to work, even if they are uncomfortable at the time.\'\'
