Well a big week here for all of us at DropDeadGorjess.com, We had the semi finals for Miss Ireland In the Dinn Ri Co. Carlow, where Ciara Allen took the Crown for Miss Drop Dead Gorjess and will go on to represent us in the Miss Ireland competition in April. We had a special Guest judge Cormac ‘The Corminator’ Branigan from Tallafornia, where Cormac goes the girls are sure to follow!!
It was also a big week for Ireland with our annual St. Patrick\'s day parade in our fair city of Dublin and as always we had an amazing turn out including a visit from the prestigious Ellen show producer, Andy Lassner, who filmed different parts of Ireland and sang our praises back in the USA.
Across the pond, US President Barack Obama was awarded with a certificate of Irish ancestry by our Taoiseach Enda Kenny. At the ceremony, President Obama praised the Irish for our ‘kindness’ (awh!!).
There\'s a lot of talk surrounding season 2 of Tallafornia. It\'s only been off the air one week but love it or hate it the country is having withdrawals and I know i\'m one of them. The second season comes with a twist in the form of new cast members and a change of location. I got an exclusive scoop from Cormac as he assures me “No more Mister nice guy” in Season 2. He is now embracing what he\'s most famous for, “you can expect plenty more off the cuff one liners... Basically I’m gonna look at it as a free holiday that will save me going to Marbella at my own expense this year in order to get my tan on”. We can’t wait!!!
X-Factor\'s controversial judge Tulisa Contostavlos hit the headlines this week, as news of a sex tape with then boyfriend Justin Edwards. Tulisa hit back by posting a video on her twitter, explaining how it got leaked and her feelings towards her ex “when someone you care about does something like this it hurts so much…I’ve been in bits for ages”.
