Our Delivery Policy
We deliver to the Republic of Ireland, United Kingdom and to all EU countries.
An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched, including instructions on tracking your order.
Irish Deliveries
All Irish Orders placed before 11am are shipped for next day delivery!
Delivery Charges - €5 for next day delivery!
Uk Charges
2 - 4 days
€10.00 delivery charge.
EU standard delivery is €15 and takes between 2 - 4 days

Returns/Refunds
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you must notify us within 24 hours and return the goods within 14 days of receipt provided you take care of them!
This means you can look and try them on, but you must not remove any labels or protective strips or wear them outside, for shoes we recommend trying them out while on a rug or carpeted surface to avoid scuffing. You may not try on pierced jewellery.
All items are inspected upon return, please allow up to 14 days for this process to be completed after which you will be given the option of a full refund, DDG credit or exchange if size is available.
